This action is carried out in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 16, 2018 "On measures to radically improve the activities of the religious and educational sphere" in order to ensure the implementation of tasks for material and spiritual support of socially vulnerable segments of the population.
